In mid-July 2026, we had the pleasure of photographing Nadia and Kishan's pre-wedding shoot at the beautiful Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park, South West London.

Summer is a wonderful time for outdoor pre-wedding photography. The rich greenery, leafy woodland and natural textures create a romantic setting, offering couples a chance to escape the busy streets of London and enjoy a more intimate photography experience.

For Nadia and Kishan, the surroundings provided a beautiful contrast to their Western-style outfits, creating an elegant and contemporary feel to their photographs.

Elegant, Natural and Romantic: Nadia & Kishan's Couple Portraits

One of the things we particularly loved about Nadia and Kishan's pre-wedding shoot was the opportunity to create a collection of photographs with a relaxed yet editorial feel.

Their choice of Western-style clothing complemented the natural beauty of Isabella Plantation, allowing us to focus on clean compositions, beautiful portraiture and the relationship between the couple.

Rather than creating photographs that feel overly staged, we aim to capture a balance between carefully guided portraits and genuine, unscripted moments.

The woodland pathways, mature trees and summer greenery at Richmond Park provided a wonderful backdrop for this style of photography.

Our goal was simple: to create photographs that Nadia and Kishan could treasure for years to come, capturing this special chapter before their wedding celebrations.


Why July Is a Beautiful Time for a Richmond Park Pre-Wedding Shoot


While Isabella Plantation is especially famous for its colourful spring flowers, the gardens have an entirely different character during the summer months.

By July, the woodland setting offers an abundance of green foliage, shaded pathways and natural scenery.

For couples who prefer a romantic, understated aesthetic rather than colourful floral backdrops, summer can be a particularly appealing time to plan their pre-wedding photographs.
